Please read these terms carefully before using our facilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing The Prosper Dome website, booking a pitch, or entering our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, specifically our youth players, we enforce a strict code of conduct:
- Zero Tolerance: No bullying, harassment, or abusive language towards staff, referees, or players.
- Respect the Facility: No spitting, littering, or damage to equipment. Use appropriate footwear (No metal studs).
- Fair Play: We prioritize development over winning. Aggressive behavior from parents or coaches will result in expulsion.
- Safety First: Shin guards are mandatory for all competitive league play.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Payment: Full payment is required to secure a pitch booking or league spot.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
League Withdrawal: Teams withdrawing from a league after the schedule has been published will forfeit their entry fee.
4. Liability & Waiver
Important Legal Notice
By participating in activities at The Prosper Dome, you acknowledge that football involves physical exertion and inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
The Prosper Dome, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property arising from your use of the facilities, except where caused by our proven negligence. Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervision of minors outside of designated coaching sessions.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Prosper Dome from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Facility or your violation of these Terms.
